Alex Goatcher began his career at CERN, the birthplace of the World Wide Web, developing software by day and fronting Toe Jam, a Pearl Jam/Temple of the Dog cover band by night.

After CERN, Alex pursued his love of gaming, relocating to Singapore and founding Mikoishi, a pioneering developer of massively multiplayer games. Over the next 10 years, Mikoishi developed and published numerous games and applications around tent-pole movie and comic book franchises, including Watchman, Harry Potter and Starwars.

After Mikoishi, Alex pursued his love of music, consulting music companies in the Asia-Pacific, providing advice on localisation, meta-data and catalogue acquisition to support streaming service rollouts in the region.

Mark Knight began his career whilst reading Computer Science with Economics at Brunel University, creating Jotter between lectures, which became the world’s first commercial word processor for a portable device, and which was incorporated into the Psion Organizer.

​Mark co-founded Cromwell Media and created BladeRunner, the world’s first enterprise-application internet platform, which was used to develop (sold to CBS Interactive) before selling Cromwell Media to InterX in 2000.

Returning to his music roots, Mark co-founded Omnifone and created MusicStation, an award-winning digital music platform used by industry giants Sky, HP, Vodafone, Samsung and Sony and that powered the first mobile music subscription service on a mobile phone in 2007, and the first high-resolution music streaming service, partnering with Neil Young in 2014.


George Tyekiff / A&R

George Tyekiff’s music career began by hanging around London clubs before joining East West Records in 95. After Warner Music and EMI Records, In 2009, George started the label ITNO with Lily Allen forming a joint venture with Sony Columbia. In 2013 George went to work directly for Columbia Records as a Director of A&R.

George has worked with artists across the genres, from chart-topping Blazin Squad and Oxide and Neutrino to Brit Award and Ivor Novello winning Tom Odell, to German-based Canadian hitmaker Alice Merton (No Roots) to New York indie hipsters Cults. From Junior A&R Scout to A&R Director, George brings tremendous A&R experience to the team.

Amy Chang began her career shortly after completing her MBA at Manchester Business School, leaving her Moss Side digs to work for a British bank in Tokyo, before commencing a 10 year investment banking career with Deutsche Bank in Singapore and then Sydney.

In 2000 , Amy jumped the fence, joining her first tech startup in Sydney, which she took to an exit. Amy co-founded  Mikoishi with Goatcher which they grew into one of the largest independent game developers in South East Asia. Amy is a  serial entrepreneur who  has spent the last 20 years investing in and building technology businesses.

Cliff has over two decades’ experience in digital strategy and advisory, having practised as in-house counsel and external adviser to some of the world’s biggest names in digital, mobile, social, brands, music, live events and online.

Cliff is also the founder and Managing Director at Eleven, offering strategic and commercial advisory services to companies in the realm of music, digital media, eSports and film with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and Immersive Entertainment.

He is Chair of the Trustee Board of The Ivors Academy Trust, the charity for songwriters and creators and a Trustee of Help Musicians (aka The Musicians Benevolent Fund).
