RECAP: Indie-Con Australia 2017

The UK’s indie music conference made its debut in Australia this year! Indie-Con is known for hosting thoughtful discussions on issues facing independent artists and labels. This year featured a long list of industry speakers including our CEO, Alex Goatcher, providing insights into KWL and our KWL360 platform.
AIR is providing a conference that will enable participants to gain insights into the latest innovations and technological advancements in products, services and strategies available to the independent music sector, as well as providing an opportunity for the advancement of professional development, leadership and business performance skills.
During the presentation, our CEO provided insights into how we collect and analyse data, while shedding some light on the opportunities data-driven intelligence is providing to artists, labels and brands.
Alex also addressed how big-data and our live platform, KWL360, empowers artists, labels and brands with the tool and technology to make informed decisions based on how music fans consume content; from streaming to video and social media in different markets, with a strong focus on Asia-Pacific.
